What is Gridfinity?
Gridfinity is an open modular drawer system built on a 42×42 mm grid. Bins clip into baseplates so you can mix sizes and reorganise whenever your tools change.
What material do you print in?
We print in PETG for toughness, chemical resistance, and consistent dimensions — suited to workshops, offices, kitchens, and farm pickups.
How accurate are the organisers to my measurements?
We round your drawer to whole grid cells and highlight unused margin in the preview. Measuring internal width and depth carefully (metal tape / calipers) gives the best fit.
How long does delivery take?
Standard courier is typically 5–8 business days; Pudo lockers are often quicker in metro areas — exact timing is confirmed at checkout.
Can I request custom-shaped bins?
Yes — describe unusual items or upload a photo during configuration. Custom pieces are flagged for confirmation before printing so we can tweak dimensions safely.
How do I reorder the same bins?
Once you have an account, completed orders will surface a “Reorder this layout” action. You can always rebuild manually by re-entering the same drawer size and template mix in the configurator.
Do you ship outside South Africa?
We currently print in Gauteng and ship nationwide inside South Africa. International shipping isn’t offered on the storefront yet.
What if not everything fits?
The layout step shows coverage and warns when requested bins spill past your grid — add another drawer, reduce quantities, or pick a larger template mix.
